A lake association needed one simple way to reach every member — urgent alerts, events and everyday news — and a single place for the directory, local vendors and merch.
What we built
Board alerts (storms, weed spraying) delivered as banners and push notifications
Live lake conditions and weather, news, events calendar with RSVPs
Member directory, friends and location sharing, interactive lake map
Issue reporting, photo gallery, lost & found
Preferred-vendor directory ("Priority Services") and a merch store with cart and checkout
Board console: post alerts and news, approve residents, review reports, manage advertisers
